Mahmoud, Founder of P.U.R.E. Management LLC, is the driving force behind the firm’s strategic support for businesses across finance, operations, technology, and product development. With extensive experience working alongside C-suite executives, Mahmoud has played key roles in supporting charter school networks, the DOE, and consulting with small media companies. As the founder, Mahmoud leads product strategy, planning, and development, ensuring that all client initiatives are aligned with long-term goals. He specializes in designing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success, optimizing operational infrastructure, and building strategic vendor relationships. Mahmoud oversees the firm’s daily operations while helping businesses streamline workflows, manage brand marketing, and integrate sales efforts with organizational objectives. Mahmoud holds an MA with a focus on Media Management and a BA in Media Arts from Long Island University.
Rita, Vice President of Development & Communications at P.U.R.E. Management Solutions, specializes in crafting clear and impactful messaging for clients, businesses, and employees. She manages all business communications, including publications, emails, and training announcements, while also leading focus groups to address employee concerns. With over 10 years of experience in project management and corporate communication strategy, Rita works closely with senior leaders to enhance staff relationships and drive support for key initiatives. Additionally, she served as a Wealth Management Analyst for JP Morgan Chase, Corporate Technical Manager for National Grid, and currently works with the Mayo Clinic helping to create a compelling brand identity. She holds a B.A in Writing from Michigan University and a M.A. in Screenwriting from Long Island University.

With over 10 years of experience working with small and midsize companies, he brings a deep understanding of client needs and a thoughtful, empathetic approach to every project. Julien’s expertise in event management and his unique negotiation approach allows him to create impactful partnerships and drive successful outcomes for clients.
